William Drypolcher, Founder and President
Owner and founder of Zephyr Real Estate, Bill became a Realtor Broker in 1975 and founded the company in 1978. Named “Realtor of the Year” in 1986, Bill served as President of the SFAR (San Francisco Association of Realtors) in 1987. He also served on the Mayor’s Housing Task Force and was a Commissioner of the San Francisco Housing Authority from 1990 – 1993. Bill frequently testifies as an expert witness in real estate litigation matters.

Randall Kostick, General Manager
Randall joined Zephyr Real Estate’s 24th Street office when it first opened in 1986. He became a Sales Manager in 1998, an ownership partner in the firm in 2000 and currently acts as the company’s General Manager. Randall holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Hawaii Graduate School of Business and a CRB certification from the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council. He currently serves as a Director for the San Francisco Association of Realtors.

Ilse Cordoni, Sales Manager, SOMA/Potrero Offices
A Realtor broker since 1976, Ilse joined Zephyr Real Estate as sales manager of the 24th Street office in 1990. In 1998, she left the 24th Street office to open Zephyr’s Brannan Street office. Ilse was named the SFAR "Realtor of the Year" in 1993. She chaired the Standard Forms Committee in 1993, 2000, 2001 and the Professional Standards Panel in 1994. She served on the SFAR Board of Directors from 1992 through 1998. Ilse currently serves as a director of the California Association of Realtors.

Don Saunders, Sales Manager, West Portal Office
A Realtor broker since 1978, Don joined Zephyr Real Estate as sales manager of the West Portal office in 2001. Don has served the real estate industry in a number of leadership positions including, President of SFAR in 1997 and on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors.

Deborah Udin, Sales Manager, 17th Street Office
After 16 years as a real estate broker, Deborah joined Zephyr Real Estate as sales manager of the 17th Street office. Prior to her last 12 years in residential and investment sales, Deborah focused on shopping center development and served as the Director of Real Estate for two international franchise companies. She continues to devote much of her time to civic and philanthropic efforts and to actively participating on various SFAR committees.

Matthew Borland, Sales Manager, Pacific Heights Office
Matthew became part of Zephyr’s management team in 2004 when Zephyr acquired the firm he co-owned, Ford Real Estate. Current among his industry commitments are service as the Multiple Listing Service chair and Tech Services co-chair of the San Francisco Association of Realtors® and as a director of the California Association of Realtors®. His knowledge of real estate technology issues is a valuable addition to the Zephyr Real Estate management group.
